Mono Capital was founded in 2017 with the vision of becoming a reference in investing capital in Multi-Family properties in Canada and in the US. The idea of creating that business started about 11 years ago when Denis Marchand, founder and owner of the company studied real estate investing at University of HEC Montréal.

We Always Invest in Maintenance and Upgrades
Buildings have to either fit precisely the purpose for which they will be used, or be adaptable to the needs of the occupants. Whether it’s a new building or refurbishment of an existing one, our approach is to ensure that tenants get the space they need, or make sure we can give it to them with reasonable time frame. We maintain a close dialogue with occupiers, and because of this, we generally have a low turnover of tenants and the quality of tenants that we attract in our properties.
